James Clarence (J.C.) Ransdell age 81 of Sedalia died on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia. He was born on October 8, 1935 in Sedalia son of John Riley and Mable Elizabeth Busker Ransdell. J.C. enjoyed St. Louis Cardinal Baseball. He also enjoyed 2:00 p.m. soda and cookies and country music while listening to his radio. He is survived by; five sisters; Sarah Goalder of Sedalia, Sharon Large, of Clovis, California, Nancy Cromley of Marshall, Doris Goalder of Sedalia and Martha Colvin of Sedalia, one brother; Riley Ransdell of Sedalia. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 23, 2017 at Ewing-Schutte-Semler Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Downing, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until service time on Friday at the funeral home. Serving as pallbears will be Richard Goalder, Scott Goalder, Steve Goalder, Bob Goalder, John Goalder, Phil Cromley and Keith Goalder. Burial in Crown Hill Cemetery.
